We continue to have success with this rewards platform. Recently, we've really ramped up our usage of the offerings and continue to have our needs met and then some. The team and our account manager are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our account manager (Vicky) has really helped push us forward to use more functions within the platform and expand our program. She's great!

Our onboarding experience was so great! Our rep, Freya Morrison, was so resposive and helped us every step of the way! Seriously couldn't have had a better experience setting up our Loyalty Program.

Libby was very helpful through the whole onboarding process, with prompt replies to any questions we had during the setup even with the large time difference !

We have just launched so havent seen huge results as of yet but very excited to see where we end up with a couple more tweaks to the program, everything looks promising so far. Good amount of intergrations to work with.

Hannah has been a great strategic partner assisting us in finding creative, tactical ways to leverage the program to meet our company goals. We're currently implementing Loyalty Lion and we're having an amazing experience -especially because of Jonathan's great service during our onboarding process. Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

Loyalty Lion's offering allows for unique customization in order to cater to one's customer base exactly how you see fit. The team has been super helpful in answering all of our questions and helping create an offering that is set up for success.
