Great app, easy to setup! highly recommended

Have been trying to remove app from my store for days now and cancel my subscription. There’s no way to remove the app yourself with out the developer contacting you first . I’ve left several message with the app that I want to cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store but I’m being ignored . This app is very expensive over $400 a month and impossible to remove once installed . Shopify support is no help on this issue either . Please cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store .

Our onboarding experience was so great! Our rep, Freya Morrison, was so resposive and helped us every step of the way! Seriously couldn't have had a better experience setting up our Loyalty Program.

When Is signed up they said someone will help me install, none of that happened, and the chat is also not very helpful :-( The app itself very good but the support not very!

Really easy to use and set up, hopefully, this will help with my new store very excited to see how it goes.

This developer delivers on all of its promises and then some, plus they encourage feedback and may even implement your ideas if they make sense for other stores too!
