Sammy Newton has been nothing short of extraordinary in our onboarding process. He's been so patient and guiding through our process. He's been proactive in checking in on our launch progress and has been so helpful in answering ALL the many questions I threw at him. We also restructured our program in the middle of launch and he was super helpful during everything. He's been such a pleasure to work with too!

I migrated over to LL from Smile and I am very impressed with the level of support from the onboarding team. Jason was my onboarding specialist and success manager and he was always available to help me make important decisions or to run the numbers on what would make our program most successful. Luckily, he was able to show me many ways to improve our current system and I am very happy that I made the switch.

Found Loyalty Lion very easy to integrate and use - and allows for a lot of customisation where requested. Jonny and Jason were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering many of my questions and being available for support whenever needed!

We had a great experience onboarding LoyaltyLion Rewards program on our site, with a very quick turnaround. Our onboarding manager dove right in and gave us great ideas, support in setting up the backend and was very quick to answer any technical questions we had. We are excited to see how this program works for our brand and website, but so far onboarding LoyaltyLion has been a seamless, easy and quick experience.
