Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

Lucky Orange is an incredible intuitive app that helps you understand (and watch the consumers' on site click behavior.) I took advantage of the onboarding support and really appreciated the quick follow-up email with helpful links to understand how Lucky Orange works with my platform (Shopify.) I love that I can customize the app for the information I need and think Lucky Orange is going to prove to be a game-changer for my business.

Lucky Orange is the easiest way I have come across to set up click tracking/heatmaps, polls and chat. Before, this took 3 different apps, so I really appreciate the streamlining effect this has had on my workflow. The app has outstanding visual design, loads very fast and has been glitch free so far. Plus they have been really responsive to my questions and feedback. I am sold.

Great customer service for app

Lucky Orange has been valuable for my small business. It lets me monitor website traffic in real-time and to see how I can better serve visitors. If you want to dive deeper into your online presence and give your visitors a better experience, Lucky Orange is a total game-changer!

It is quite fun to watch what potential customers are doing on your site. It feels a bit "Big Brotherish" and I can't help but get frustrated when someone spends a lot of time scrolling around then doesn't buy! Very interesting insights though

I have been using this app since 2015 on my first website, My Wedding Decor. In 2018 I merged that with My Event Decor. Three weeks ago I launched My House Decor. We had some bugs getting the second site to work at all, and then simultaneously and once it did, there was a short period when My Event Decor's Lucky Orange app was cancelled. I was very frustrated but Bradley came to the rescue, reinstalled it and actually made my life so much easier allowing me to toggle between the two sites on one dashboard. They really do care about your business and there really isn't anything out there that offers live customer tracking so you can see what page/s customers are on which makes live chat so much easier as you can anticipate their questions and make instant sales. I also like seeing, in real time, what pages newsletter subscribers click on. Lastly, seeing what sources customers come from - facebook, Bing, Pinterest, Google Shopping - and their locations, has proved invaluable as well. I'd definitely recommend Lucky Orange.
