Fantastic app. Sometimes it doesn't show accurate data but we get responses from their support pretty quick and resolve it. For the money this is a no-brainer. Support is a bit lacking bc they hide the support button.

Excellent app. I use it all the time to see sight visit and if my customers facing any issues with navigation. The app shows exactly what my customer doing and gives great insight. Highly recommended.

This app is awesome, every eCommerce business needs this app, I got boosted my revenue 15-20% Higher, you can check what mistakes you did and then rectify on those mistakes we are putting money on the table without knowing why a customer left the site, this app helps me a lot more to grow up.

So far so good. I was able to use the live view the other day to help a customer who was having an issue checking out. Overall it has been great to use. Excited to look at the data.
Engaging with your customers in real time is one sure fire way to avoid cart abandonment at checkout. Meeting them where they are at, when they are having a problem is invaluable to their experience and ultimately increases your customers' likelihood to convert. I ran a Shopify for 2 years without using Lucky Orange and now that I have started to use it, it's one of those 'must-haves' that I wish someone had told me to use when I first started in Ecom. We now have a new Shopify, and the data that it's giving us about our (new) visitors, is simply fantastic. It is allowing us to see what are visitors are doing, not what we THINK they are doing.
