Top App um die Kundenjourneys wirklich zu verstehen und nachvollziehen zu können. Auch die Heatmaps helfen uns sehr in der Entwicklung. Tolle Performance, sehr empfehlenswert.

Short version: Wow! Best tool EVER! Gain huge insight into your site and your customers.

Long version: I don't know where to start, so I will run through the top menu bar.

Dashboard - awesome. Tremendous overview of site activity, over time and in real time.

Live Visitors - watch and learn and engage. I've caught numerous issues with our site just by keeping an eye on visitors. Love how time on page is there and you see when activity falls off. Even better, when I see a repeat visitor, I can watch and ask to chat I want.

Recordings - amazing. Playback what happens on your site when you are not watching. See what people do on each page.

Chat - that blinking light grabs attention. We get WAY more chats now - better customer service. Worth it for Chat alone except you get all of this other great info.

Heat Maps - very informative. We've made changes to our product page and now more people are seeing the extra photos we went to great expense to get. Never knew!

Polls - so simple, so helpful. The results are now guiding our product development. We found a huge percentage of our customers want smaller and taller product but with the same capacity.

UPDATE: new and improved polling feature now lets you ask multi-question polls. Very slick!

Form Analytics - have not used yet.

Support is quick and helpful so you can get the most out of the app.

Do you remember the first time you watched real-time Google Analytics? How that parade of lines across your screen almost became addictive? Well, imagine those same analytics with far more robust information, and then actual recordings of website visitors—mouse movements, clicks, pauses, everything. That's what you get with Lucky Orange.

LO gives you the most detailed information possible—whereas Google Analytics only shows you referring domains, LO shows actual pages, so you can see in an instant where each visitor is coming from. You can follow each visitor through your site in real time, or just click to see a sequential list of pages they've visited.

The $10/month would be the best $10 you'd ever spend in the app store, even if it was just the amazing user recordings and realtime analytics. But there's also a chat engine and a bunch of other goodies thrown in to boot. I really can't recommend this highly enough. My only caveat is that you have to set aside time to watch the recordings—they are so useful, so informative.....and so addictive.

I used Lucky Orange on my previous website which was not a Shopify site. It is extraordinarily helpful to see where customers are in real time and to jump in if they need help. The live chat service definitely made me quite a few sales. Don't hesitate to add it!

I would recommend this to EVERY shopify store owner. You CANNOT get the same features all packed into one app ANYWHERE. Not to mention you can't get those features for the same price as Luck Orange let alone all packed into one app. If you have any concern or hesitation with using Lucky Orange you shouldnt. Switching to Lucky Orange for our chat was a great decision! Not only was it cheaper than our last chat program, it also provides analytic insights that are soo much easier to understand than Google Anayltics. The other feature that I'm in love with is the polls. Overall great investment!
