I had to pause my shop because of the Corona virus situation but I didn't want to delete my app that's why I decided to contact the app and their amazing customer support adviced me to gave me 3 months for free because of the current situation. They are amazing. I hightly, highly recommend them. You won't regret!
There is no playbook for how to navigate this current landscape but one thing we do know is that we are here to support our customers in anyway we can. We are glad to be able to retain your business!

I love this app to help me understand what potential issues and glitches customers who are browsing my store may be running into, which in turn may hurt my sales. Seeing what glitches there are or why they might not be buying helps me know what I need to change or fix. Great customer service as well.
I bought Lucky Orange soon after opening my shop when I wasn't getting any sales. It's been critical for helping me solve design problems on my shop. Although it has many very cool and useful features, the session recordings have been the most valuable to me. There's nothing like watching your visitors navigating around your store, seeing what they see, to pinpoint problems that you couldn't see when you designed and tested it. Their tech support is also very responsive and good. I've only had to contact them once. After a few emails exchanged and we couldn't solve the problem, one of their developers actually pulled my session into debug mode so that he could troubleshoot. Oh, and that was during my free period before I purchased it. Buying the subscription to Lucky Orange was a no brainer after that! It's awesome!

This is the best app that i have ever used to see what the problem is on my store and what problems my customer have during their purchase. A must-have app I can highly recommend it. You will see everything as your customer sees and what problems he has. The biggest issue i see was the apps with pop up. Every time they see this they not find where to close it and leave the store.
Without this app you will never know this.
For me the best app that i have ever tried out on Shopify and bring me the most conversion rate because i eliminate the issues after seeing them.

Having two accounts by mistake is what prevented you from logging into and using Lucky Orange successfully. Now that we’ve removed the duplicate account, you’re good to go. Justin did a great job helping me figure out what was going on with the app in my store.
He responded to all my emails very quickly.
I love this app as I can see exactly what customers are doing, and where they are dropping off.
It helps to know what is working and what is not. That way I can make changes to my site as needed.

Still figuring out how to use the app - but excellent customer service.
We've been using this app since our store was on WooCommerce. On Woo, it worked fine by allowing us to see our Conversion tunnels. However, it doesn't show Checkout or Successful purchases on Shopify no matter what URL pattern I put in. Checkout is one of the most important aspects of the customer funnel to monitor to see where customers are not converting. Hopefully this can be addressed so I can update to 5 stars.

At this time, Shopify currently limits the ability to place tracking code on checkout pages to only their customers who are on Shopify Plus. As a result, we are currently unable to track the checkout pages.
