Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

Lucky Orange is great! You get more detailed information than just using Google Analytics, including being able to see your customers navigate around your site. We also love the Live Chat feature which allows us to interact directly with customers while they are browsing the site and help answer any questions they have. We have already gotten several additional sales by helping customers through the Live Chat feature! I would highly recommend Lucky Orange to anyone who wants more information on how their customers shop!

It helped me knowing where the problem is in the product page. i noticed a major part of my audience seeing at shipping and leaving and i choose supplier with less shipping time and replaced with lesser one and it given me results.

I've been using the lucky orange app for months. Absolutely love the app and what it does. I had an issue with my previous account and not being able to collect data. I talked with Justin, he helped me figure out the whole issue and get my codes working on my site again. I am testing this application and the truth is that I am LOVED! It is very useful to be able to track the behavior of customers and thus be able to analyze the failures of the store and be able to optimize it to improve conversions. I recommend it without a doubt! A must-have for your store.

Incredibly useful app. Lucky Orange lets you see all your visitor's movements and provides the most accurate business intelligence that will allow you to make decisions in the future. I'm not a technical person and I still have a lot to explore as far as this app's functions but I'm very happy with it. Great value for money too.

Lucky Orange is the app that helped me figure out what were the things that confused my site's visitors and what changes or improvements I needed to make, or new things to test, based on these conclusions. With the help of this app, I could clearly see what I needed to alter to give my visitors an easy and pleasant experience. You can also use the polls feature to show your visitors you care about them and thus get their feedback, which in the end will prove to be really beneficial for your store. The Live Chat feature is powerful too, as you can instantly solve your visitors' problems right then and there, and avoid/minimize the cart abandonment possibility. One of my wisest choices in terms of apps selection for sure. Their team was also ready to answer my questions and helped me out big time! (Thank you, guys!) Highly recommended!

Loved the call with Emilia. I almost missed my scheduled call, but she still hopped on one with me and immediately helped me out with my issue. Grateful for that (:
