This app is amazing. It's like having unlimited usability tests with real humans.. For $10/month. The insights are very revealing, the software is pretty easy to use, and the setup is a cinch. Fantastic app, definitely helps to increase conversions and is a no-brainer, give it a try for at least a few weeks and you will learn a lot. Great app!
I have installed this app a few days ago. I am now getting insights as to where customers are confused on the site. I have already noticed a few things that I need to change in order to keep customers happy. I would recommend this app to every webstore out there.

It helps me in so many different ways like showing me if a customer has a problem navigating through my store or shows me exactly when the customers stop reading and click off. It helps me better optimize my store, which in turn increases my conversion rate.

Although this app has no way of measuring ROI, its amazing for optimizing any website. You can see where visitors click, what they look for, and where the log off. Very useful in deciding where to make changes on the website. Even gives you the option to contact live customers. This could definitely help on closing sales when first starting off if you have time. Best heat map app I have tried.

My Opinion This is Just One Of The Most App You Should Have.
