It's a fantastic app for getting to grips with user behaviour on your website. The heatmap and replay functions are really useful to gauge what you are doing well/could be doing better. As a newbie to Shopify, it has helped me to look back and see what I need to do better in the future. App is great gives you insight on whats going on with your site. I haven't even begun to use chat but may in the future. I am all about analytics . Still exploring but I can see the value in this app. Must have
I do love this app.
the insights and data i can see from visitors and what they are looking at is really helpful. i get to see their country and what products get most traffic.
I had some issues with the plan they offered but with some excellent support they got me back on track. a little pricey for micro business but worth it.
