I installed Lucky Orange after reading a great review about it. The app and the support team are incredible. It really helped me to have this installed when I launched, as I was able to see how people were navigating my site, where they were leaving, hotspots, possible confusion points, areas of interest and other great details such as what size they selected, but maybe then didn't put into their cart (where abandoned cart data would pick this up). It was really insightful and provided me with a ton of great knowledge on how to improve my website.

Really great customer support and I find the app to be very useful. You can basically see what your customers are doing on your website and gives you a clear idea where exactly you still need to work. There is also a live chat included and other cool features. Highly recommended! :)

UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and refunded me from the charge that was made in error. I was impressed with their response. I'm giving them another chance and the app is working well on my site now.

I had the app on my site and had problems with it. so I had to delete the app and reinstall it. Got charged more than once and never got a refund. Just tried adding it to my new site and it didn't work. Just deleted it. Not going to reinstall it again or I'll probably get charged again.

Excellent tool to help understand how shoppers are using your site. It also helped me find a few issues with the design layout on mobile.

What an amazing app. I found so many little problems I didn't know I had. I highly recommend this app.

The app. features are great; the interface is straightforward, and the FREE version is unreal.

The cherry on top is the onboarding call with Jordan; he is very knowledgeable. He presented the app functionality on my account (which is fantastic) and answered all my questions with a big smile. (Yes, it was a video call)

OMG-I LOVE this app! It is definitely worth trying out and you won't be disappointed. I've tried a few apps but this is the best by far. If you decide to pay for it after the trial, it is well worth the money. I'm still working out the kinks on my site and this has definitely helped me pinpoint problem areas with my traffic.

I have installed the app and asked for help. They were very quick and kind. I had a 15 Minute Personalized Onboarding and they were very open. It's great to use an app with such customer support. This app is a must have if you really want to understand your customer behaviors.
