We mainly use it for Heatmap and customer recordings. This is very useful and provides great insights into customer behaviours.

This is an insanely powerful tool if you can make sense of the data it gives you. Basically letting you look over the shoulder of anyone on your site.

Faced problems installing it.
When installed this does not work well. Heatmap does not show up.
Waiting now for 10 days after my third ticket asking for support. Their answer is as follow:

Lucky orange is a good application in my online store, it serves me to debug the settings since with heat maps I can know if my users are doing the right thing or not.

Wow what an app! It gives you so much information it is untrue; complete with being able to offer a chat button on the site whenever you wish which defaults to a message box when you aren't available, which other apps often charge extra for. Well worth getting, and the support is amazing. Can't fault it.
