I was really glad to find lucky orange being new to the e-commerce business. This app really helped me to understand what needed to be changed in order to better suit the customers that were visiting my store. It's not working correctly, when I have on shopify store and google analytics visitors lucky orange it doesn't work at all...and after that it reach a "limit" about the first monthly fee, after not working, and it just don't work anymore! So don't waste your money. The customer service is not helpful at all.

Invaluable for spotting where you have "holes" in your web site marketing. Watching customers live is spooky at first but a complete necessity to find where your customers drop off so you can repair those "holes." I cant recommend this app enough. There is no other app out there that can give you more insight to the pluspoints and outpoints in your website than Lucky Orange. If you aren't using it you will never know what you don't know about your site's strengths and weaknesses.
App has been great so far. Customer service is super helpful and they reached out to give us an intro as to how to use the tool. Looking forward to gathering some insightful data here!
