Hasn't worked on my system for over a month. I used to like this app....when it worked. No customer service response to my concern. Disappointing.

App works great when installed correctly. Customer service is hit or miss on first attempt but eventually they get the job (whatever it is) done. Love this app and really appreciate all the insight for how customer shop.

Such a handy app, you can easily monitor your visitor's behaviours. You even can filter per action and view back recordings! Also the heat maps give a lot of insight about how visitors browse your website. Also the support is very reactive and helpful. Top service!

This app is really interesting. It allows you to see what your customers do through either a recording or real time. You can see if they are moving on due to something not working right or if they were expecting something in particular. Still learning how to fully use this app. There's also a live chat feature and a click heatmap.

10/27/23 Update: I'm going to update my review to 4 stars. I used the previous version for almost 2/3 years and unfortunately, this version doesn't have the tagging and consistently fetches images which diminishes the quality of the recordings. I'll respond to the email.
Since they've upgraded, I've spent 3 days going back and forth with their support to get this app to work. I wouldn't recommend this application.
I apologize for the confusion that having an account on the older version of our platform and the current version created for you when trying to log in to view recordings. I’m glad our support team was able to work with you over email to gain a better understanding of the issue so we could get you logged into the correct account so you can view data again. I want to double check that everything is working from your side, so please reply to my last email to continue the conversation and make sure you’re all set moving forward. I really like this app. It has a free version which is best for small stores that have just started selling. This allows us to understand how visitors are accessing your store and also allows us to create quick survey to gather valuable feedback.
