I was really glad to find lucky orange being new to the e-commerce business. This app really helped me to understand what needed to be changed in order to better suit the customers that were visiting my store. I was also appreciative of the help I received from their support team when I had any issues or questions.

Invaluable for spotting where you have "holes" in your web site marketing. Watching customers live is spooky at first but a complete necessity to find where your customers drop off so you can repair those "holes." I cant recommend this app enough. There is no other app out there that can give you more insight to the pluspoints and outpoints in your website than Lucky Orange. If you aren't using it you will never know what you don't know about your site's strengths and weaknesses.
App has been great so far. Customer service is super helpful and they reached out to give us an intro as to how to use the tool. Looking forward to gathering some insightful data here!

this app is a must-have, especially for new stores. thanks to this app I found out why some customers were leaving my store without purchase. every time I open a new store I will definitely install this app, so I can see how my customer is interacting with my store and I can check if I need to fix something on the store. I think this app is amazing as it truly alllows you to experience your site through the users eyes. We are currently using it on trial, but the clearly presented analysis is much easier to read than google analytics and the user recordings are simply fantastic.
