This is an excellent app, which gives us a great indication of where customers are coming from and what they are doing on our site. We are only in the trial stages since we just opened a couple of days ago, but already have learned so much. Definitely a keeper, for sure! - Alexandria, www.BlowoutBoutique.ca
App has some bugs to fix. no good customer support. Doesn't have much willingness to fulfill or fix issues customer has.
This app is extremely good. I was looking for a heatmap sort of app and I came across Lucky Orange and I'm so glad I did. I'm still using the free trial version but I'll definitely continue my plan. Using this app I understood why my visitors aren't converting.

The app used to work well some time ago but now it does not work in any way. Not one single recording. No answer so far from the support. We will now use another app. What a shame!
