Utilizzo Lucky Orange da ormai parecchi mesi e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo, riesce a tracciare tutti gli utenti che accedono al mio sito e soprattutto mi permette di vedere cosa fanno in tempo reale. Inoltre, hanno dei prezzi molto onesti riguardo al servizio che offrono. La consiglio.

This app is very important! You can see how your customers/visitors see your site and you can understand their behavior better and you can see what is wrong or missing in your site, what drove customers away, what is working, and what is not. These are all crucial information to make sales. So, thank you for this app!

The app is an absolute rip-off, it doesn't let you see your past visitors when you run out of viewer credit and forces you to upgrade to even see your old data... very disappointing

You should still see data for visitors you’ve already tracked without having to upgrade as long as it is within your plan’s data retention window, which is 30 days for the plan you’ve selected. If you’re not seeing that data, please check to make sure you haven’t uninstalled our app (which makes it unable for you to access your data) and that you’re not searching for data that is beyond your 30-day retention window.

We’ve reached out to you to help you with this issue. If you’re still having issues accessing your data after checking the above steps, just respond back to one of our messages and we’d be happy to help you out.

Bradley was quick to reach out with great support. With some fine tuning on both sides, we were able to get the app running and he also gladly extended my trial so that I could have sufficient time to test the app completely.

I have had few interactions with this app and it seems to be amazing. Will be using it thoroughly in the next few days and hoping to get great results.
