Works perfectly, essential in your store to track and see sessions for improving data collecting, best app of this kind for sure, analysis tools are just awesome like heatmaps ecc... totally worth the money.

Overall works really well, sometime the captured video shows up a little strange, but not that major

Un'app che tutti i venditori dovrebbero avere, sono rimasta molto colpita, mi permette di capire come si muovono i miei clienti grazie ai video registrati, mi da una visione del mio sito e mi permette di capire cosa funziona e cosa no. E solo nel periodo di prova sono riuscita a fare molti miglioramenti. Mi piaciono anche le notifiche sonore che segnalano eventi decisi da me (esempio quando qualcuno entra sul sito). Consigliatissima.

Really helps us understanding how the user interacts with our system, 1 star minus as it cant track vector tracing which would be super useful for our shop
