Super friendly UI, easy to understand and use. Really helpful support with great attention to detail. My team were looking for a way to find out our customers journey through the website, to understand what may be working and what may not, this enables us to identify much easier!

Recordings of where they click and the heatmaps are amazing, looking forward to what we can do with this app.

Love the app experience. Quite easy to understand and use and provides all that I added it for - session recording and heatmaps; in a simple yet detailed way. The customer support is quite well versed and helpful as well.

Emila was great in showing me around, her enthusiasm and sales skills were excellent, she took time, listened and dint cut me off when we ran over time. Thank you.
I'm yet to see the benefit of Lucky Orange from my few days using it; at the moment I have too many aspects that aren't working as I would expect. I will keep going for a little longer before deciding if I commit to it. I like the idea, just not convinced it works in the real world as well as the developers think.

This is a game changer! It captures every customer journey from when they arrive your website till they leave. Watching the recording and heat maps have enabled me make changes to reduce cart abandonment and improve customer experience, leading to more sales. I highly recommend this app if you want to scale your business.

I was happy when I found this app it filled some of my analytics needs but i am uninstalling after trying for a few days. I contacted them regarding the app flashing at the bottom of the visitor page. I sent them a movie of it they said they had no idea and suggested i refresh. Like c'mon if a person has got as far as running a store on shopify they probably understand browser refreshing. Of course i refreshed. duh. I restarted.
Also i told them the app was only showing 2/3 of my visitors and wasn't clocking any of my sales. they asked me for proof. Like i was lying about it. Pretty insulting and arrogant. at that point i decided I was not fighting them and I wouldn't be giving them any money either.

Thank you for your feedback. As I mentioned in my email, our developer wasn’t able to replicate your issue and wanted to rule out any other issues by asking you to refresh your page. I’m sorry you felt that we were insulting you in investigating your concern because that was absolutely not our intent. Please accept our apologies if it came across that way. We’d like to talk with you to get more information so we can investigate further the differences you’re seeing with visitor counts since that discrepancy isn’t something that should be happening.

I can't register and log in. I've tried many times. What's going wrong? I've heard of others who seem to be doing the same

Thank you for your feedback. We haven’t heard of this being a widespread issue for customers and we definitely want to work with you to figure out what’s happening. I checked to see if you contacted us for help when you experienced this issue, but I couldn’t find any email, call or chat from you. Waste of time app. couldn't even register an account. Provided images to customer support, no response. Can't recommend.
