Switching to Lucky Orange for our chat was a great decision! Not only was it cheaper than our last chat program, it also provides analytic insights that are soo much easier to understand than Google Anayltics. The other feature that I'm in love with is the polls. Overall great investment!
Provides insight on consumer behavior and how consumers are using them website and how they are interacting. Ability to create events and different dashboards to track website use.

Lucky Orange helps us view user behavior on our website well. Support team is helpful but do note that it's not 24-hour support.
