The easiest install I've ever had with an app - instantly worked, instant feedback and didn't do anything bad to my site or create any lag. The information provided in the dashboard is easy. Everything is very intuitive and I love the AI question ability for analyzing site data.

I'm having trouble with the heat maps not actually showing on my Mac? but the videos are helpful. I wish I had more for the price I'm paying.

Our app is optimized for both Mac and PC devices, and I’m eager to investigate what might be preventing your heatmaps from displaying. Some browsers and browser extensions can interfere with heatmaps, such as an ad blocker. We would be more than happy to dive into your case to see if this is what’s blocking your heatmaps.
