It's a fantastic app for getting to grips with user behaviour on your website. The heatmap and replay functions are really useful to gauge what you are doing well/could be doing better. As a newbie to Shopify, it has helped me to look back and see what I need to do better in the future. It also lets you do surveys of your visitors, which is a feature I am really into at the moment, with the kind help and patience from Emilia at Lucky Orange.

Great customer service and very useful app. It has allowed us to understand the journey of our clients on our website and to make changes to assist them in finding what they want easier.
This app is brilliant I've used this on multiple stores / websites. Very useful to find out what is working and what is not on your store.
I had a few issues with billing / setup customer service is always very good and quick! Thanks for Justin for sorting all this out for me.

I've been using this app for the past 5days after having countless apps installed, I actually gave up when I found Lucky orange, in one week I could fix so many things key factors I never saw as the creator, If I could give 10 stars I would have asked for 20 stars, I love this App it's no hassle to setup or hours and hours of adding HTML codes to your store that could crash your income, plus the support line is super friendly and always willing to help.
