Amazed by the technology within this app, it allows me to reach out to customers directly whe they're on my website as well as view previous sessions of visitors to see where/why they left. It's a shame the app doesn't work on mobile so therefore need to be by my laptop all day to get the full benefit, but I'm told this will be coming soon

very useful app for understanding customer thought process on the site. totally recommend it for new sites as well as established businesses.
Wow! A++ thank so much for this app! Lucky Orange is Amazing! I'm amazed at how fluid and seamless this app is. I love to see the valuable insight from the recorded videos of customers. Update: 15? Minutes after leaving review the owner of the company called me up to solve my problem. Turns out I had an old account(cancelled) from a long time ago and this new one - when I tried logging in this morning my browser used the old saved Username and Password - and that's why it wasn't working this AM. He walked me through deleting the app and reinstalling it after he deleted the old account. Bing Bang Boom - Problem solved! My error not theirs. Great Customer Service..Obviously!
Installed the trial version, it worked for 1 night, next day it said my trial was up (was supposed to be a 7 day trial) but message said if I "tweeted" about lucky orange I'd get "another" 7 days Free. Did it, said it worked, but now users are not seen or recorded. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Upgraded to Paid membership, still doesn't work. And now the Free 15 minute phone call appointment scheduler is showing nothing is available till next week.

Form analytics wasn't working for us. After a struggle with Lucky Orange to respond to support emails they were able to guide us around the problem. I would give this app a 5 star, but I feel their support could improve.
TOTALLY AWESOME APP!! I absolutely LOVE this app. View videos of your site users visits to your page, get customized reports, see where your traffic originates from and literally TONS of other useful features makes this app a must have for any serious seller. Try it, you won't know how you ever survived without it
