Excellent app! I installed it on my shopify store http://www.geekfactors.com and it worked like a charm!
Lucky Orange has really helped out our business! We are a new e-commerce company, and having the ability to see heatmaps has helped our conversion rate and store optimization. We have been able to catch so many errors within our store by watching the recordings and analytics. I definitely recommend lucky orange if you are trying to figure out how to better optimize your store.

Clean and friendly UX design. We can identify the user's behaviour from different resources. Made some changes on our landing page based on the feedback we got from recording sessions. We are going to use it for the second Shopify page with multiple products as well.

Lucky Orange support team was super helpful!!! Loved how they were quick to answer all my questions and even were willing to help me set up my account via zoom calls. They were so accommodating :) The app is great so far, easy to navigate and watch session replays - love that you can speed up the replays and skip inactivity.
