Love, Love, LOVE Lucky Orange! Installation was a breeze and super fast, their guides are easy to understand, and they answered the few questions I had really fast! Who doesn't adore quick, friendly, knowledgeable customer service?! I'm really looking forward to learning from all of the information this app is giving me. I finally feel like I am starting to understand all of the stats I've been getting. Just one suggestion - and I have been told they are working on it - please, please, please make mobile live chat available SOON! I don't always have my laptop on, but my phone is always in my hand. I had a demo with Emilia. I was happy she made time on Sunday afternoon.
Emilia did a very good job explaining Lucky Orange features which I will probably understand better after I start using.

But can you please help me to see the activity of the cart and checkout page ?
Hey! Thank you for the feedback. We would love to be able to track the whole user journey for all Shopify customers. At this time, Shopify currently limits tracking of the checkout pages to only customers who are on Shopify Plus. We would encourage you to speak with your Shopify rep about this need, and we would be happy to discuss this in further detail with them (if upgrading to Shopify Plus is not an option for you at this time). Fantastic application to see where users have difficulty navigating. I'm currently using this before launching my website. It gives a video feedback about loading times, heat maps and visitor information that is very useful to have another perspective on how to improve your website.

Have had for only 5 days but the app has already proved immensely useful. Simple to use, great onboarding process (Jordan is great), and seamless integration. Being able to see how customers are navigating our site is extremely powerful.

We LOVE Lucky Orange! A fabulous tool to interact in real time with our customers which minimizes incoming emails to our info account. The heat maps and conversion tools are helpful to track customers and see where they are getting lost/confused. Or to see why they abandon their cart. Overall a fantastic App and we would highly recommend it.
