I mean support literally amazing. Helped a lot in this hard situation of covid-19. And app really good change a lot of things in store. Because i can see why people leaving the store without purchase.

Amazing app!I wish I had discovered it earlier!
I am four days into my trial and this app has shown me so many ways my store is falling down when customers visit - this app is worth it's weight in gold and great value for money. You could pay the same just for a decent chat let alone all the the insights it gives you! Perfect, I am not getting rid of this after my trial it's addictive - mind you I am not getting much work done watching it lol - Julia https://earringz.co.uk
So far this app is amazing - i love the fact that i can see what my customers are looking at, and then able to target those specific areas. The live option is amazing as well. the only reason I'm subtracting a star, is because sometimes it doesn't let me know in time that someone is on my site, and the chat is delayed. Causing me to lose the opportunity at speaking to a potential customer. Otherwise, thumbs up
UPDATE: soon after i posted this review, a representative contacted me and was very helpful in solving my earlier issues. All is good now, I am officially %100 satisfied.

Super easy to use, provides lots of valuable information. Easy to see all data at once, definitely helpful. I found so many mistakes on the store thanks to this app and being able to see the store through a customer's eyes.

Probably the most integrated and powerful analytics and sales tools I've ever used. Delivers way more than promised!
