This app is a must-have. It's, probably, one of the top 3 apps a merchant should install. It gives golden information on the customers' journey in, through and out of one's eshop.

Support is, also, excellent. Every time I needed some answers or help, they were there to answer them quickly and to the point.

So, I must say that I cannot recommend this app highly enough !

Excellent app to see exactly where customers are scrolling, clicking, adding to cart, or exiting. The free plan is perfect when you're just starting out. I love to use this when I've made changes to my site to see how things are working (or not working) for my customers. The customer service is outstanding. Quick, friendly, and helpful! Highly recommend Lucky Orange!

We always had a rough idea of where our website could improve, but Lucky Orange gave us the visibility we were missing. Being able to watch actual user sessions and see exactly where visitors were getting stuck or dropping off has made it so much easier to make tweaks that matter.
