I have used Lucky orange for a while and also in the past too.. It works, it's simple to use and you can see what your customers have been up too!

I really love this app as it gave me an insight into exactly where visitors leave the page and help me make changes on my website, which ultimately help in getting more conversions. There was a little issue in upgrading my plan but Bradley was very helpful in trying to resolve this issue.

I've used Lucky Orange for the past 3 shopify website I've set up! it works great, easy to get heatmaps and see where customers clicks but also videos to see the customer journey! highly recommend to add to any new or existing shopify stores!

Having two accounts by mistake is what prevented you from logging into and using Lucky Orange successfully. Now that we’ve removed the duplicate account, you’re good to go.
