Says free 100 sessions per month, then asks to subscribe to $49 after the trial. Misleading

Our 7-day trial is designed to give you full access to our premium features risk-free. The billing setup during our trial is completely optional; you can decline it and easily switch to our Free plan at any point during or after the trial ends without being charged. You are never charged during the trial period itself.
We’d love to make this right. Please check the email we sent on June 4th; we’re happy to reset your trial so you can enjoy the full experience and ensure your account is moved to the free plan afterward.

Great value is provided with having the ability to see the recordings of each visitor to my web pages which provides insight into what's working and not working and guide design changes for optimization. The same is true of the heat maps and being able to see what percentage of visitors make it from the top to the bottom of the pages. Without Lucky Orange I would have no idea of what is really going on.

Fantastic App. It has allowed us to monitor how customers interact with our website and fix any sticking points. This has helped us to massively improve our websites conversion rate. Customer support is also great. We had an issue with integration. However, Jordan quickly jumped on a Zoom call and helped us get it sorted in no time. Highly recommend!

This app is a must-have. It's, probably, one of the top 3 apps a merchant should install. It gives golden information on the customers' journey in, through and out of one's eshop.
Support is, also, excellent. Every time I needed some answers or help, they are there to answer them quickly and effectively.
So, I must say that I cannot recommend this app highly enough !
