Didn't work at first but seemed to be a glitch on the Shopify side with logins and having multiple accounts. Lucky Orange support reached out and got it taken care of. Appreciate the fast response and getting us taken care of. Look forward to using Lucky Orange for our site!
I highly recommend this product to anyone starting out in e-commerce. It's really helping me figure out what I need to change on my website in order to get more sales. The customer service with these guys is also amazing. They go above and beyond when you need help and are very patient with us newbies. If you want to make more sales in your store download the app right now!

I was really glad to find lucky orange being new to the e-commerce business. Invaluable for spotting where you have "holes" in your web site marketing. Watching customers live is spooky at first but a complete necessity to find where your customers drop off so you can repair those "holes." I cant recommend this app enough. There is no other app out there that can give you more insight to the pluspoints and outpoints in your website than Lucky Orange. If you aren't using it you will never know what you don't know about your site's strengths and weaknesses.
App has been great so far. Customer service is super helpful and they reached out to give us an intro as to how to use the tool. Looking forward to gathering some insightful data here!

this app is a must-have, especially for new stores. thanks to this app I found out why some customers were leaving my store without purchase. every time I open a new store I will definitely install this app, so I can see how my customer is interacting with my store and I can check if I need to fix something on the store. GREAT app. highly recommend!
