This app absolutely rocks! It helped me identify a lot of flaws in the store design & I took those inputs to improve. For new store owners this is an absolute requirement. Go for it, the value is beyond measure and user interface & observations are a breeze with this app. Once you check this out, you will not search any further, makes life easier.

I used this app to help me do check visitors behaviour. I really like how it does track visitors actions. It would be nicer if the app is a bit lighter to perform. the loading time is longer.

This app used to be awesome, but now it doesn't work at all. No stats--no videos, NADA. I have submitted a request to inquire why it's not working AT ALL and two weeks later no response-but yet I'm being charged. I'm canceling today and don't plan to re-subscribe again.

I haven't had time to delve into all that lucky orange has to offer, but right from the start I found their support to be fabulous, and I'm loving the features it had when I uploaded the app. One happy camper!
Lucky Orange is a Complete NO brainer.If you are looking to convert traffic if your wanting to clearly get a picture of who is coming from were and when if you are selling a product,Then i would highly recommended Lucky Orange for if it wasn't for these guys i wouldn't be so Lucky.Thank you so Much Team.

Excellent App 100% reccomended, it lets you see exactly what your visitors do, you can start a live chat with them etc
nice app it very useful. I see my customer activity live and recorded so I can upgrade my store according to customer activity in my store
