Heatmaps didn't work with country redirects, so not what we needed. I tried to contact support via chat about this, but no luck.
When we canceled we thought we could continue to use recordings, but they terminated the account even though we had 2 weeks left, that we had payed for.
Can't recommend this to anyone, and would recommend Microsoft Clarity that is FREE.

As mentioned in our email exchange, you are using our Classic app which closes the account once the plan is canceled. This information is included in a pop-up that requires you to acknowledge this policy prior to cancellation. Our new app does provide account access for the remainder of the plan following cancellation.
We would be happy to discuss this further. Please respond to our last email to continue our conversation. We would still like to reactivate your account for the remaining days within your plan and get to the bottom of your heatmap issues.

I installed this app on a recommendation from my website coder, Rebecca from Rainy City Marketing. She always recommends apps that she says are "tried and true" and work well. It has been very insightful and we have used it to see if our UX experience is converting optimally. I look forward to digging into the data more. Lucky Orange helps me understand how customers and potential customers are using and engaging with my store. In addition to telling me where they are coming from (geographical location), how they are getting to the store (direct link or other), and how low long they are on the site, it tells me where they spend their time on the site. This helps me to understand what is drawing their attention and whether conversions are happening as a result. It also helps to know what type of content and which products draw the most interest.

Helps to have a general idea where people are leaving your website and where is the traffic coming from. The only problem is that you will get addicted to look at it!

Lucky Orange is a great tool to use for starting a new store. It is absolutely critical, as it allows you to watch visitors and gain insight into what is working and what is not. You WILL catch mistakes that you or the team have made by using this tool to watch customers and visitors navigate your pages, including pain points where the customer doesn't know how to add to cart, leave a review, or needs a more user friendly page to work with.
This tool isn't necessary later on when the store becomes a success, But... it can still be used when testing new features, sales tactics, or sales funnel techniques.
I gave it 4 stars, because it didn't always seem to work correctly for me. Maybe this had to do with a visitor's privacy settings, but I even noticed it happen with visitors that I didn't have the issue with before.
Other than that, it is a service I will absolutely use for stores to come!
Give it a try! You won't regret it!
