This app used to be great, helped me grow several stores, but now after the update it has become just a fancy time wasting tool. Here's what's wrong with the new update: 1) Does not record events accurately. The number of adds to cart and checkouts initiated do not match with Shopify records. 2) Takes too long to build and play recordings. Most of the times I have to drag the cursor on the timeline to force it to play. 3) No distinction between watched and unwatched. In the old version recordings were marked with a green check after being watched. It was easy to tell which recordings you hadn't watched yet. 4) Option to star or tag a recording is no longer there. You have to navigate to the visitor profile and add a star there, which again is not visible in the list of recordings. Defeats the purpose. 5) In the old version, you could see the IP address of the visitor, their ISP, city, country etc, all compactly displayed in one column. The new version needs one column each for those details - and most importantly you can no longer see the ISP of the visitor! It helped a lot, because just by looking at the ISP it was easy to tell whether or not the visitor was a bot and you could avoid watching the recording and save time. 6) Same with visitor's device, OS and screen size - you could see them all in one column. Now you need separate columns for each, and it no longer shows visitor's screen size which used to aid in optimizing the store for most common screen sizes. 7) Session duration and engagement level are also no longer displayed in the recording list. You could easily choose to watch the most engaged visitors only, but now you can't Overall, this new update is a mega downgrade from the old version. I would have switched to the paid plan immediately after the trial, but did not convince me. They have just beautified the UI and removed all the helpful features. I hope they bring those back or keep the old version active.
