Lumise ‑ POD Product Designer

Im currently setting up this designer for my shop & any questions or custom changes I need done to the designer customer support has helped greatly & promptly.

I have been using the app since 2022, Just as satisfied as today, knowledgeable and helpful staff who always help. They have really been there for me since I started my business. I strongly recommend everything is so simple on the app also if you have questions you have knowledgeable staff who really help and get started with your business. I want to thank Andy who has helped me with everything and always helps when I need.

Great software for custom printing business, has a lot to offer but has room to improve. Definitely good for the price.

Hard to install but the support team has been incredible and has helped with absolutely every issue I've had.

I believe it's a great app but is a little challenging to get started. Support is very good though. I just wish I would have made contact sooner.

Jade and the rest of the Staff that helped me did an excellent job in resolving an issue I had with the app. They walked me through it and also did extra in removing some buttons I felt were not necessary. I recommend this app to creators like me. Thank you for the great work!

Using Lumise to customize products.. support is super helpful and fast!! Only thing on my wish list is the ability to apply coupon codes.

This App is seriously powerful, it's the prefect addition to our custom products. The support has been phenomenal, nothing has been too much trouble,Helen has worked through many slight changes to make the app suit our needs. Stop looking for the best custom design app, you have found it!

This app works great and the customer service is awesome. I must admit it takes some computer knowledge to get it right, but the app is a very useful tool.
