Great app. Works great, nice customization features. The customer service is very good also. Friendly and to the point.

I'm starting a print shop and needed customization. I choose this app because it had features I was looking for to use for my site. I tried another app but with 3 days left in the trial, I wasn't satisfied. There was an issue, probably because of the template I'm using, preventing the customize button to show. I received Jade through customer service and was blown away. She made a few attempts and it still wouldn't show. She submitted it to higher up and keep me in the loop of the time frame. Took maybe a full day, now I delete the other app and post my site. Again thank you Jade for a job well down. Great App and I definitely recommend for features and customer service!

Lumise is simple, user friendly and powerful. It is extremely fast loading (compared to many other design tools on the market). The support via Live Chat / Facebook has always been 10/10. Jade has been my super star support person and without her rapid response we would have been stuck!

Playing around with the app. Had some questions and got help really fast. Thanks Andy for your effort!

I use this app for the customers to personalize their products. Their app might not be best, but their service should be best. They provide many functions, it allows you to upload your images as the templates, set up a mask and the customers can draw what they like on your products. If the designs can be controlled very exact, that will be better.

Suburbia Style : Wanted to use app for a extra service for my clothing site.
The support is great Jade was quick i had a problem with doing the code and jade installed the code for me and the app is easy to use and setup app 5 stars support - 5 stars for the app.Support is Quick and Responsive. Definitely Recommend.

New update 9/11/2020 Was going to close my store and so deleted the app then changed my mind as this app would be a great help for my business,so i re-installed and need help with the code,support was very responsive, hands up to Sarah as she responded quickly and it was all done in about 10 minutes, Support is over the top in response and top app 10/10 for support still definitely Recommend
