Setup

Installation & setup is fairly straight forward. Lumo is pre-configured to work out the box, just add a Review Platform URL and enable. There is documentation for setting up Lumo & troubleshooting. If you have any questions or problems with installation and would like some help, we fully support our apps so simply drop us a message.

Looked good on the screens, unfortunately it throws Amazon S3 errors and is unusable. Completely broken.

Apologies for the issue. The "Clear" button was returning an S3. Clicking the thumbnail underneath would have worked as expected. A fix has now been pushed. Please consider updating your review in response :)

Very straightforward and easy to use, makes sending out email requests for reviews quick and effortless and you can even send out emails to customers who have bought in the past.
