Early days but seems to run smoothly, great integrations and price and the team have been extremely helpful. Thanks to Bela, Marina and team for always answering my questions and having patience with me, they are super friendly and helpful.

Just switched to ShipHero, and I am 100% loving it, the whole process is easy and there are no hidden fees, and I can't actually believe how fast they process the inbound orders and shipments. Thanks to Andrea, Mari, and Bela for all their help! Keep up the good work.

This app is miles better than using typical old software fulfillment’s centers have. Customer support is excellent which is the most important thing to me in the fulfillment process. A pleasure to work with and a vital part of our business

Close to the worst out there. If you ship anything larger than a cubic foot, you are charged Dimensional Weight BUT ShipHero won't tell you what that cost is until after the items ships! There's no easy way to bill that cost to the customer, so customer-paid rates are unusable.

There is no real time shipping calculator at checkout and ShipHero only provides you a rate table for non-dimensional rate (don't fall for their zone pricing pitch! it's not Dimensional Weight!), so you have no idea of the costs until after an order ships.

We asked for DIM pricing and the box sizes that SH uses and were told to download our historical purchases to figure out the box sizes and pricing ourselves! Oof. That's like saying "work with us and we won't tell you how much we cost until we bill your credit card! Surprise!" Zero effort to help us know what we have to pay. Hardly a transparent partner working to keep our business.

Oh, and no account manager, no phone number to call, takes days/weeks on getting service ticket responses, and orders that are SLA'd to be fulfilled in 3 days are taking 3 weeks to be fulfilled.

Shiphero Fulfillment is what you'd expect and want from a modern fulfillment centre. They are software driven, problem solving, and customer serving. Their pricing is transparent and competitive, their reports thorough, and software outright just works. It works really well.

We joined their services when there was a spike in demand, and they needed to scale out of nowhere. They did an amazing job during the transition, scaling their business and showing that they can deal with these turbulent times.

ShipHero is easy to use and affordable. They don't charge anything for services unless your products stay in their warehouse for over a month. The shipping fees are also flat and easy to understand and estimate the cost of product. Bel, Clara, Mario and Marina was helpful and they are ready to help the customers anytime. There is no waiting or queue like any other provider. Loved their service

All-Around Top Notch Company!
Their customer service is not only quick, but it's also very personable. When I have questions or issues, they're answered typically within minutes and it's with the same few people that know and understand my business.
Their pricing for shipping and storage is not only REASONABLE, it's also very EASY to understand.
I am hardly in one place so having a company that's capable of handling my fulfillment is a real lifesaver!
10/10... would HIGHLY recommend!

Eventhough I have not yet fulfilled an order with ShipHero, I already love working with them! Marina with Customer Service was absolutely amazing at helping me onboard, and held my hand through the entire process. She made me feel confident that ShipHero was the right choice for my fulfillment needs. Linking my marketplace stores to my Shiphero account was easy, and they recived my inventory at their warehouse professionally and efficiently. As mentioned, I have yet to fulfill an actual order with them...but I have full confidence based on my onboarding experience that everything will work out!
