I reached out to ShipHero prior to installing to ask a few questions. Never got any responses. I then tried to install the app and speak with them. Never got any responses. I uninstalled the app and now trying to delete my account after a week of uninstalling, seems impossible. This is the worst app and customer service.

We outsourced fulfillment to ShipHero Fulfillment and they're great. Pricing is clear, they ship promptly and the software is easy to use. I recommend them.

Our experience with Shiphero Fulfillment has been deeply unsettling. We have been consistently overcharged for shipments, sometimes by up to five times the quoted amount.
