Can anybody help me? I have issues with this app and I haven't received a response from them in 36 hours now...I don't know what I am paying for.

Couldn't get it to work.
Lots of claims on the support page that they reply immediately.
Didn't get a reply for hours.
Can't change fonts from the template fonts they supply - which are all off-brand and so not suitable.
I've now wasted $$$ on this app which is unsuitable.
