Thanks to Olivia for assisting me with their App. I struggled at first and they then helped me fix the problem. So much appreciated.
They charge you (funds on hold) day 1 of trial. If you remove the app it still leaves traces on your website homepage that are hard to remove.

We have no right to charge in advance as every charge is handled by Shopify, the trial days will be reduced to 1 day if you re-install or approve the app the second time.
There's a function called 'Remove code' in-app which will help you to remove all the integrated code from your theme.
