Morning! We have daily phone support and live chat is always available to answer questions (I don't see any from you!). For each of the soap bars there is a detailed description, usage, formulation list, and even free marketing material!

So easy to setup! Really was looking for something fun for our health and beauty section and Magic made it so easy to setup and add our logo!

Happy we built an app you like! Honestly ... free samples would mean we have to ship very (tiny) product which we aren't thrilled about. For a few dollars we think it's better if you get the entire soap bar with the custom packaging on the sample! It's bigger + replicates the exact product your customers receive! So far so good, trying to figure out how to get a logo added. Having just a tad problem with shopify accepting the app.
