Terrible experience. Slow communication, and they make constant promises they can't keep without following up with constant back and forth. They charge more for their soaps than what their app advertises, and when I inquired I received no response. In addition the quality of the packaging is laughable the package art made to their specifications runs on top of other font. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this product, and Shopify should be ashamed to have them on this platform.

Morning! We have daily phone support and live chat is always available to answer questions (I don't see any from you!). For each of the soap bars there is a detailed description, usage, formulation list, and even free marketing material!
