The app is really good and the support team has been very helpful.
only this is I would love if they can implement adding video onto the extended view it would be so helpful.
I have been using this app for a couple of years now and I'm globally very satisfied! It does what it says and doesn't slow down our Website. To top it off, it's super fairly priced with a one-time payment!
Only missing features to make it perfect are:
- the ability to zoom expand beyond the actual size of the image (like a digital zoom effect). Because if your images are not big enough, the expanded view makes no difference with the initial size.
- a feature to force all images to display at the same size in the gallery view
- a feature to display the image captions in the gallery (not when zoomed or expanded)
Most flexible product image tool on Shopify! You get to download the app and test it out for yourself on mobile and desktop. There is a logo on the top of the image until you purchase the product. When compared to other offerings this is by far the best and most flexible. Very easy to customize the settings to my liking.
My only recommendation to Magic Zoom is to add a feature that would allow mobile users to "pinch zoom" on the photo.
App really adds all the functionality I need for photo zoom and 360 Spin. Although i wish there was a way to change the look/text of "360". Customer service is amazing as well!

Contacted by Jake, a second rep from their customer service department, a couple weeks after canceling and was very pleased with his help. He installed the app for us and customized it as well. He was quick to respond, followed-up with each email, and was very thorough. Much better customer service than the first rep. Very pleased with the app now.

Unfortunately, not the best experience for us. We've never left a negative rating before, however, we paid for the upgrade and have had nothing but problems. Tried contacting the support team, received an automatic reply email stating the response time was "52 hours" - not the greatest customer service.
App werkt heel goed; alleen soms wat traag in opstarten bij belaapde foto's op de shop; We gebruiken momenteel allee de zoom functie.
Had some issues in the beginning but after about a month they were able to fix it.
