We use this app for our flower farm clients, and it has genuinely changed how many custom orders we get. Customers find it easy to use, and we get all the details we need to fill each order correctly and keep everyone happy. The fields look beautiful and work perfectly. Jeff is quick to respond and clearly cares about getting things right for his customers. Highly recommend this app for any shop owner who needs custom order forms. :)

Great app and excellent support
We use Magical Custom Fields on our Turkish Shopify store to let customers upload their own images and provide custom order details directly on the product page. This is very useful for our custom-made products and makes the ordering process much easier for both our customers and our team.
The app works well, is easy to set up, and the support team has been very helpful. I requested Turkish translations, and they quickly updated the app to support Turkish language fields. This was a great improvement for our store.

Amazing service, I have to have the customization on the products I sell. I'm also not great with technology. After I struggled for a few days, they emailed me to check on how it was going. This app is simply Magical! I wanted a straightforward app to manage the order flow of a product in my store. However, I tried more than 4 apps with no luck. I'm so excited about this app! We are running a fundraiser on Shopify (for certain products) and I couldn't figure out a way to collect info that gives credit to those driving traffic. The Magical Custom Fields app shows up next to the product and is so easy. Customer service was great to help me figure it out when I was not installing it correctly.
