Very simple installation, I used the app to add a drop down form on my product page which then comes through on the order.
This worked well. I did get quick and efficient support during my installation has had a small issue caused by my lack of skills.

I added this app to my store today and had it integrated in my shop easily and quickly and almost just as quick had it set up exactly how i needed it on my product listings with the different selections i needed on some of my products. very happy with how easy and simple it all was to set up.

Excellent customer service! I had trouble adding a custom field due to the specific theme I am using for my store and their team was so kind to go in and help bypass the issue. I just had to give them permission to do so, which I was glad to do. Thanks for being awesome!

Great app, does exactly what it says Had a request for some changes to some default text, and support got back to me quickly and made changes we needed. Even if this was a paid app, it would have been great service. Considering this is free, the app and the support received is fantastic would recommend to anyone.

Works great, does exactly what it should do. Makes it very easy to add different fields to specific products. In short: great app. But the best thing: their customer service is amazing! They are super helpful and fast. Totally recommend this app

Was looking for the functionality of a form attached to each product to use as a sort of registration waiver and looked all lover trying to find a solution for it... Magic Fields is exactly what I needed and they were even nice enough to help me set it up on my products. 5 out of 5. Would highly suggest.

Great customer support. Had an issue but they were very responsive and resolved the problem right away. The app is working great and I have very specific forms on each variant. So far the way the form changes dynamically on a product has been great.

Super useful, super simple, very effective. The support for the app is also great, with several enquiries directly answered within 10 hours of sending the email.
