I've had multiple support requests for Magical Fields do to the complexity of what we offer, and what we expect internally to keep our operation running smoothly. The service is always excellent and fast. And while this app still doesn't do EVERYTHING that we would like it to, it does make it possible for us to offer our products via Shopify. We couldn't do this without them.
Fantastic support from the Magical Apps team. Jeff went above and beyond to help us fix an issue with custom fields across different languages. Super quick, clear communication and a working solution in no time. Highly recommended!
Works very well for our floral web site to allow us to put in extra fields (e.g. Card messages). Simple set up and go for us (shopify newbies!). Also, they did some work for us as well to include those extra fields in the order confirmation emails as well, which is great.
Really great and straightforward app. Works really well, the customer support is awesome as well!
