Magical Surcharge + Extra Fees

I use this app to add tariff costs for my US customers. It's easy to use, set up and maintain through all the constant US tariff changes. Anytime I have a question or need help I get an actual person for support (no chatbot!) and they're always very quick to answer and to fix any issues, or help make modification to better fit my shop. Would definitely recommend this app!

I was recommended to try this app, I installed it but had difficulties getting it to embed on my site. Reached out to support and got help within minutes, they connected via collaborator log in, and had it doing what i wanted quickly.

I had a hard time setting the app but the customer service I received is amazing. The app is doing what it needs to for my additional taxes on some products and at this price I am more then glad we choose them ! I will recommend that app 100%

The level of customer support is incredible. Shortly after downloading the app, I received a personal email sharing appreciation and offering assistance. After setting up my fees, I kept having trouble and could not figure out what I had done incorrectly. I submitted an email for help and got a response almost immediately. We went back and forth, and he was incredibly patient with my gazillion questions. Now I'm up and running with zero hiccups. Highly recommend this app!

You have to get the growth plan in order for it to work. When you are adding transaction fees the customer gets to delete them. When the customer adds more items the transaction fees do not get updated accordingly.

Just want to say how happy I am with this app. Jeff has been wonderful in helping me get it set up. It took only one e-mail to support to fix what I messed up. Love the short and to the point support videos as well. There are other apps like this, however Magical apps is staying up to date with the constant changes and requirements in order to keep my store in compliance with the ever changing legalities of charging processing fees. I can't recommend this app enough!

This app was just what we needed, a way to bulk add a percentage fee to specific collections. Set up was provided in both video and text formats and were super easy to follow. I used the chat option to work around some customization we had in place and was taken care of by a human very quickly. I installed the app at 1:49 and was completely done by 3:15 and I stepped away from my desk a few times

Product Support is on point and very fast. Product runs smooth without any problems. Go for it. We use this with our store to add fees to our german Pfand System.

It works great, and if it acts weird, they've fixed it for me immediately. Please note the fee products will show up in the main category so you should redirect your "continue shopping" button, but again, they will help you do that. We are very successfully using this Online and POS.

Needed to add a state excise tax for specific products sold online and in store via POS. Magic Fees allows me to do this at a nominal monthly fee in comparison to upgrading Shopify plan, paying a developer, or using a tax app that gives more than I need at a higher monthly rate.

Struggled a bit with a detail in setup but John and Stephen with their support team had me fixed up and running almost immediately after reaching out.
