Mailchimp Forms: Capture Leads

We added this app to our website to obtain email addresses for newsletters. Would be nice if the app had newsletter templates that you could just click on and update with your unique information and then send. I am not sure exactly how to get the emails to populate to a newsletter app. It is still a learning process.

this app is way too expensive...
doing the job though, but we look to do it internally for a few hours of coding.

I like how there is template already made... but not sure how to use it.
Would be great there was a video on how to set up or step by step, to follow.

This app is helping me capture e-mails, but it won't import them into my Mail Chimp account, so I'm considering deleting it.
I've tried troubleshooting multiple areas without success. I would gladly update my review if I could make it work. It doesn't make sense. It's basically a Mail Chimp app, it shouldn't have problems like this.
I also have issues importing the CSV file. It only adds a fraction of the e-mails.
Now it's even giving me problems trying to review it. Which it keeps nagging me to do a review, but won't let me submit.

Created everything 2 days ago and today they ask me to do it again !???very upset since I spent all day to set it up and now no banner and have to redo all over again

I paid to upgrade my account just so I could send out emails to my subscribers and every time I try to upload them it says it has failed. I hope it gets fixed soon and I can update my review.

Seems easy to use. It's a bit overpriced though. The Free version is very limiting. Choosing which upgrade to do is confusing. If you want to simply email a discount code to your subscribed customers, you must upgrade. If you want to use your own custom template with custom html that you create, you must upgrade. For small business, it is way too much. We would have been more comfortable with $5 max per month. Shopify already has a built in newsletter sign-up, and that's about all you get for the free version.

It's quick to set up some basic forms and landing page, but when I found some integration and other issues and tried to find support, no reply at all. Disappointed at the poor support service

Not super useful as i need to upgrade to pro after already paying for Mailchimp in order to ensure my customers can exit any pop ups. It also displays Mailchimp at the bottom which looks unprofessional to me.

very promising and simple to use. it integrated really easy to my store. just waiting for it to do its job in the first campaing generated with it
