Il sito web di Mailchimp funziona abbastanza bene, ma ogni tanto ci sono problematiche per fare l'accesso da Shopify, come questa mattina, dove fortunatamente Seph mi ha supportata e aiutata a procedere con il lavoro che dovevo fare.

I had a really helpful support session with Nadz while setting up SMS sync between Shopify and Mailchimp.

I was confused about why my SMS subscribers weren’t appearing in Mailchimp, even though they were opted in within Shopify. Nadz clearly explained how SMS consent works, why the sync wasn’t happening automatically, and the difference between phone numbers and actual SMS-marketing consent inside Mailchimp. She walked me through the correct process and clarified how to properly collect opt-ins using Mailchimp SMS forms.

What I appreciated most was her patience and clarity. She answered all my follow-up questions (even the ones I thought were silly!) without making things complicated. She made a slightly technical issue feel straightforward and manageable.

Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.

This app has been fantastic for our business. As a small company, having an easy-to-use email template system has made customer communication much simpler. We recently launched a new lubricant and sent an email campaign to over 3,000 people using the app, and the sales rolled in.

App is great for email marketing using your customer data from Shopify. Had a sync issue but the support was really helpful and got me back up and running correctly. Rhedd from the support team was excellent!

This integration is a gamechanger for our business. Pulling in order data, new subscribers, etc. has been a huge uplift. We have hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Recently, the integration starting having some issues, but the integration support team - in particular Juvy, Seph, Cyrus, and others - stuck with us to troubleshoot and make sure everything got back up and working. It was not an easy problem to solve, but they persisted, communicated, and got it fixed. Kudos to the team!
