This integration worked like a charm. Google-search "mailchimp shopsync" for instructions. Here's a link to the guide: https://mailchimp.com/help/switch-shopify-shopsync/

Even Mailchimp recommends this integration. It's a bit unnerving not knowing where this integration comes from, but signs point to Mailchimp having created it, which makes sense as they are surely hoping to minimize loss of customers.

We got Shopify up and running pretty quickly, and it works very fluidly with MailChimp, updating it almost immediately. When we had a couple of challenges with a complex migration from another ecommerce platform, Ryan was extremely helpful and stayed with us for quite a while to ensure we got everything migrated and syncing correctly. Very happy so far!

I was very happy to find this app. It was very easy to install and set up and sync. I had imported a lot of bot sign ups so I decided to force a re-sync after reducing the list and it went smoothly. Luckily I started with a fresh list on Mailchimp so I didn't have any automation surprises:)

This app is a lifesaver! I started using this app before Mailchimp ended its relationship with Shopify because the automatic syncing never worked with Mailchimp. I am going to continue using this app with my Mailchimp account because their customer service is wonderful and the free price tag is even better - especially since I am just starting out. Thank you, ShopSync!

In light of the mailchimp & shopify partnership ending, I was looking for a cheap way to continue using mailchimp. I have a small list and a small business so free is best for me! This app was super simple to install and worked seamlessly. No flooding email lists & my automation campaigns I have set up continued to work properly. I would recommend this app to all small businesses who are looking for budget friendly options. It doesn't add any extra steps to your email marketing with mailchimp.

this app wasn't working before but looks like they fixed the problem. so far so good! Great customer service!

After further investigation into this issue, we've found that the app store had an unusual redirect method to our installation page that needed to be corrected. This problem appeared for a small subset of users, but we understand how frustrating this behavior can be if you were one of them. We've worked with Shopify to resolve this problem and it should be fixed now. Would you care to update your review if you're able to connect and use ShopSync?

After uninstalling and installing it works right. First time i got installed sync does,'t work, after that it works as i Expected

Thanks for your review and feedback. We've reached out to your via email regarding this matter. In general the way the Sync works we sync customers, orders, and products from Shopify to Mailchimp as transactions and signups occur. All signups made directly to the MailChimp list either via .csv import or signup on a form on another site will only be listed in MailChimp and will not be synced to Shopify.

I can't even get on the page within Shopify to upgrade to get help because it isn't recognizing me and I am the only administrator. Where am I to get help?
Also - re the removing the opt-in at checkout and making a comment on the page to ask customers to re-check the opt-in - - shopify doesn't let you edit the content in the cart at all from what I understand.
